“I am a customer of Daniel's Heating and Refrigeration about 3 yrs ago,
when my a/c went out. I have a son with special needs and a
granddaughter that lives with us with asthma. The technician came out in
the time frame that was given to me. When I opened the door he was
wearing a Daniel's Heating shirt and told me his name Ken with Daniel's
Heating. Told him what the problem was, then when entering the house he
put shoe covers over his shoes and went to check the equipment out. He came back and told me what the problem was and what was needed to fix
my unit. Ken also gave me some information on a whole house filter.
Explained how it would help with my son's breathing and my
granddaughter's asthma. I called Daniel's Heating and scheduled an
appointment to have one installed and it was the best decision we made. Even my son's doctor said he could tell a difference in his breathing. I
have recommended Daniel's Heating and Refrigeration to friends and
family. I have been a very happy customer of Daniel's Heating. Thank you

“One of your technicians did a repair on our heater right before Christmas, identified a concern with a poorly sealed outtake pipe, replaced the control box, and I’m so happy that our system is now (and has been) functioning properly. We have a 4-month old at home (my grandson), so truly appreciate the expertise & professionalism of your technician, Mr. Bass. He obviously understood our system and the issue. I have meant to write for some time, especially after receiving your cheery note after the holidays, thanking me for our business. I am keeping our receipt so I know how to contact you all again. (We had had another company look at the issue several weeks prior and they did nothing to fix it, merely reset the system, which promptly turned itself off again).
